Arkadelphia High School served as a pilot school as one of the first EAST programs in the nation. Mr. Ed Hunter started the first EAST program in Arkadelphia in the year 1999. 

 

    In Arkadelphia EAST the students get to choose how they want to learn in their own way. It is very important for our students to complete projects that provide service to the school and to the community. 

 

   Arkadelphia has been in the process of becoming a New Tech school for two years now. Since the program has started more and more students have been joining EAST.
